Guests only have access to the upper unit and all the spaces you can see in the pictures. Guests could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, guests don't have access to the basement unit which may be occupied by other guests.

*. Noise Disclosure: Please note that there may be guests staying in the basement units, so you might hear some occasional noise. But nothing is shared between the units.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is 1 parking space in the garage(the one near the entrance), guests also can park additional cars on the driveway, it's big enough to park RV. Free street parking is also available.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
