The space
Our single-story Northgate home embraces pop culture with themed bedrooms and entertainment in mind. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for small groups or gatherings of family & friends with great indoor and outdoor spaces.

• Enjoy two spacious living rooms with comfy couches, a large-screen HD TV, and two dedicated workspaces equipped with sit/stand desks.

• Full kitchen and laundry room are at your disposal.

•The large and expansive backyard features a patio with outdoor seating/dining, Weber gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit - ideal for relaxation and gatherings of all types.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please be aware that the main bathroom (with bathtub + shower) is attached to the master bedroom and is only accessible through the master bedroom. The other bathroom in the main living area features a sink and toilet, but no bath or shower.

Electronic lock with keypad allows access at all hours. You will have access to the entire home, including the backyard, with the exception of the garage.

This includes access to the fire pit and barbecue-- but please make sure to turn them off (and TURN OFF THE GAS OF THE BBQ!) once you are done using them.

There is driveway parking provided in front of the garage, as well as parking available on the street.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE that the main bathroom is attached to the master bedroom! You have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom, which is the only one with a bath and shower.
