Large windows throughout the home allow abundant natural light to flow in on every floor even on rainy days creating a bright, open, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Second Floor – Primary Suite & Laundry

The main bedroom features a modern canopy bed, an attached full bathroom, and one large closet.
A convenient in-home laundry area is also located on this floor.

Third Floor – Living & Kitchen

The heart of the home features a light-filled living space and a fully equipped designer kitchen, both elevated by expansive windows and beautiful Lake Union views.
This level is perfect for relaxing, cooking, or enjoying evenings.

Fourth Floor – Second Suite & Den

The second bedroom features a luxury upholstered platform bed, an attached full bathroom, and a large closet.
This floor also includes a work den with a dedicated desk ideal for remote work or reading in natural light plus access to a private balcony with Lake Union views.

House Rules / Important Policies

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No visitors are permitted at any time.
Unregistered guests will incur a $250 per person fee.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.
Violation will result in a $500 fine.

Parking
One designated parking space is available in front of the townhome.
Since we’re close to downtown, parking can be a bit tight .especially for larger vehicles .so please consider this before booking.
If the assigned spot feels difficult, there’s usually plenty of free street parking available nearby.

Windows
The home features a modern open-window design. The home includes ultra-modern motorized blinds, offering added privacy and comfort while preserving the views and bright, airy feel of the space.
