Welcome to Serenity Stays, your private lakeside escape in West Palm Beach, Florida, where calm waters meet golden skies and palm trees sway in the breeze. Overlooking Lake Clarke Shores, this spacious 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for families and groups looking for relaxation, fun, and plenty of room to enjoy time together.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable living room with TV, a sufficiently stocked kitchen with essential appliances, indoor dining for 8, and an additional outdoor dining table for 8. Five of the six bedrooms include Smart TVs, and extra pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are provided based on guest count. Bathrooms include 3 full baths and 1 half bath, with hair dryers, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

The outdoor space is one of the best parts of Serenity Stays. Enjoy stunning lake views, a private pool, hot tub, outdoor barrel sauna, artificial beach, fire pit, pickleball court, basketball hoop, pool basketball hoop, hammock, glamping net, outdoor cinema, pizza oven, and plenty of room to relax. The lakeside setting is also great for fishing for largemouth bass, bluegill, and crappie, and a kayak with a fishing rod mount is available.

The home is surrounded by peaceful nature, with frogs, geckos, and other wildlife often seen at night. Sidewalks and picnic areas nearby make it easy to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

Pool Heater
Pool heat is available for $50 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation prior to arrival.
When pool heat is purchased, the heater will be set to 85°F beginning the day before your arrival. Please note that the actual pool temperature cannot be guaranteed, as outdoor temperatures, wind, and other weather conditions can significantly affect the heater’s performance.
Swimming pools contain a large volume of water and require substantial energy and time to heat, particularly during cooler weather.

Important Notes

Exterior security cameras are used for guest safety and property protection. There are no indoor cameras. The home also has a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or video. Occupancy monitoring is used to help ensure the home is used according to the reservation and house rules.

After the 10th guest, a $25 per person, per night fee applies. A $500 deep cleaning fee may apply if the number of guests exceeds the reservation without prior approval.

Serenity Stays is a peaceful lakeside getaway with resort-style amenities, room to gather, and plenty to enjoy for guests of all ages.
1. No parties allowed.

2. No smoking in home: Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and an additional $500 USD fee will be charged for `de-smoking` the home.

3. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.

4. A late check-out fee of $250 per hour applies for any check-outs after 10:00 AM.

7. Swimming is not allowed at the lake behind the house, it is reserved for fishing, canoeing and kayaking activities. If you plan to use a kayak or a canoe in the lake, please follow these rules:
- Wear a PFD at all times.
- Use a white light at night. Know the water, watch for currents, levels, and hazards.
- Protect the environment: follow Leave No Trace.
- No alcohol or drugs while paddling.
- Watch for other boats and their movements.
- Add reflective tape for better visibility.
- Carry a whistle or sound device.
- Be prepared with food, water, bug spray, and sunscreen.
