Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this conveniently-located oasis. This townhome has 3 levels with decks on levels 1 & 2, a private outdoor shower, and an outdoor storage area with beach chairs and a grill. It is located adjacent to central Surf City where there are many dining and grocery options. Situated steps from the ocean, this beautifully designed townhome is your ideal getaway location.

The space
The open-concept living and dining rooms are perfect for gathering and making memories. A fully stocked kitchen includes all stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. Our spacious dining table will seat 6-8 people and is perfect for entertaining! An additional 5-6 people can be seated at our countertop and kitchen island.

All three bedrooms include TVs with Rokus and ample storage. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed and twin day bed. There is a mini-refrigerator and workstation so that you can continue to work remotely as you enjoy your vacation and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, and seating on the second-floor deck. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full-sized shared bathroom.

Our home also comes stocked with over 20 different board games perfect for family game nights and memories!

The outdoor space boasts comfortable decks with scenic ocean views, a picnic table for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, and a grill. The under-unit carport can accommodate 2 cars.

There are Ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, microwave, stove/oven, fridge freezer.

Well-stocked kitchen.

Private beach access.

4 TVs (1 Smart TV, 4 Rokus)

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house.

Covered parking assigned for 2 cars, over flow parking at the entrance first come first serve basis.

Outdoor enclosed shower

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling policies are strictly enforced.

No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house or outside.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is before 10 AM! Please be considerate of our Cleaning Crew's time and schedules! We do not offer early check-in or late check out during the high season.
Out of season early check-in and late check out, is by request, and if we can accommodate you between the cleaning and maintenance schedules. We do have an early check in fee, if we can accommodate you.

Perfectly located to central Surf City where there are an array of restaurants and grocery stores.

We also provide complimentary items to get you through your first night until you get to the grocery store. Items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and all linens and towels.

Guests utilize the entire townhome, We have a private outdoor shower, a storage unit with a gas grill and beach chairs for your use at the beach.
