Luxury Waterfront Retreat with Stunning Views & Golf Cart
This gorgeous, luxury waterfront townhome has been professionally furnished and decorated. It overlooks the sound providing breathtaking views of the ICWW and the beautiful Topsail Island sunsets! Located in the heart of Surf City, walking distance to convenient beach access, shops, restaurants and the Surf City Pier, it's a great place for a family or group of friends to enjoy a beach vacation. Each bedroom has its own bath with one tub/shower for the kids and two custom tiled walk in showers. The kitchen includes granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with everything you need to entertain your friends and family. There is crown molding in every room and the living room and master bedroom were designed to have stunning wall-to-wall sliding glass doors to enhance those views of the ICWW. Come home from the beach to a private outdoor shower and enjoy the views of the sunset from your two decks! You will truly appreciate the attention to detail and quality throughout this home.
This vacation home has been designed with a luxury yet beachy feel that is sure to give you peaceful, renewed energy. This space boasts high ceilings and feels bright and airy throughout. The property includes customized wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open from both sides to the 2 private decks, providing plenty of natural light the entire day.
The space has been set up primarily for renters, so it is kept clear of all personal clutter while providing all the details you need for a comfortable stay. This is more than a rental, it feels like your home away from home. Since we stay at the property in the shoulder seasons ourselves, we are meticulous about maintaining the pristine condition. Unlike other properties, you don't have to worry about lack of attention to detail to fixing the wear and tear a beach house takes (mold, rust, rot, missing paint, etc).
In summer 2022, we added a brand new luxury street legal golf cart to the property! It comes complete with free beach/public parking, leather seats, and a great sound system. You will have a blast riding the golf cart to the nearby shops, restaurants, beach access, and the pier. We charge $50/day or $250/week for access to the golf cart.
The first floor consists of the garage and entryway. In the back of the garage there is an outdoor shower and propane grills. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom and closet space as well as the laundry room. The master bedroom is on the second floor and includes a private covered deck, walk-in closet and dedicated workspace. The third floor has a large open living space which includes the kitchen and the living room. The living room wall-to-wall glass doors open from both sides out to the upstairs deck. The 3rd floor's oceanside of the property includes another queen bedroom with a full bathroom that opens up to the common area as well as the bedroom.
Each bedroom includes its own dedicated guest closet space, a dresser, and hangers to make your stay organized and convenient. If you need a 4th bed, there is a high end blow up mattress in the garage you can put in the living room. However, guests shorter than 5'8 enjoy sleeping on the insanely comfortable couch we have instead of the blow up mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including Pottery Barn Dishware and an additional Ice Machine for your beach days. The dining areas can comfortably fit 6 people outside and 4 inside. There is an additional 6 person folding table available in the case of poor weather.
Have infants? No problem. We have a baby stroller, booster seats, and gates for each floor.
Need to get some work done? We got you covered with really fast WiFi and great workspaces for remote work. The master bedroom's desk (new ergonomic desk chair not photographed yet) looks out towards the vast views of the ICWW. The other work space is the kitchen counter on the other floor, which makes it the ideal place for couples to do a "remote work" stay by the beach with really fast WiFi!
Don't want to lug your beach stuff? As a courtesy, we provide guests with access to 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, baby items, 2 beach cruiser bikes, free weights, and a new ping pong table in our first floor garage.

I love the Carolina coastline because of the amazing hospitality, friendliness, food and underrated quaint beach towns like Surf City. I also enjoy providing an amazing vacation experience for renters, and also own a vacation rental property in the Charleston, SC area that has a great track record (4.93 rating on Airbnb). For this property, I've contracted with a local property management group to ensure everything is taken care for your stay! They will be your main point of contact and are located right down the street!

I decided to buy this property as a second home for getaway surf trips and for a relaxing atmosphere to work remotely with my girlfriend when we need to escape from the city. When I'm not staying at the property, I lock my personal items away in a closet, and rent the house out to help pay the mortgage. Maybe I'm biased but I think Surf City is one of the most underrated beach towns in the country. After looking for a property for a couple months, I fell in love with this property because of the amazing views, proximity to the beach and the luxury yet beach-y feel.

The location is amazing because you get an enclave of peace with incredible Intracoastal Waterway sunsets, while being only a few blocks from beach access and incredible restaurants and shops.
