Norwood Lakefront Oasis - Whole House 3 Bedroom

This beautiful older and renovated lakefront home is located in neighborly upstate town of Norwood, NY.

Close to four area universities (Clarkson, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton) and numerous outdoor activities makes this the perfect place to visit in all four seasons.

The home appears to be small from the street view but is deceptively large with 3 bedrooms, a family room on both levels, an open air deck and comfortable covered back porch.

The expansive lawn slopes from the house down to the beautiful lake where you can swim, fish or boat during the day and enjoy sitting around the inviting fire pit in the evenings.

Please note that this is in a rural area and it is expected you will see spiders, flies and mosquitos. We ask that you keep doors and windows shut to decrease the amount of insects that come in the living area. If you find that there is an issue and a high amount of insects are coming in the property, we ask that you reach out to us during your stay.

Should you plan to bring a pet, please reach out to receive our pet policy in advance of booking. There is a maximum allowance of 2 well-behaved dogs per reservation and additional, pet-specific rules will apply to your visit.
