No Parties: Strict no-party policy enforced. Party activity results in immediate cancellation without refund.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited ($200 fee applies).

Personal Toiletries: Guests must bring personal hygiene products, including toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

Quiet Hours: Community quiet hours run nightly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Security Gear: Tampering with exterior security cameras or interior decibel monitors is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty fees.

Guest Access & Arrival
Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire townhome, fast Wi-Fi, and neighborhood pool privileges.

Two reserved parking spaces are provided directly in front of the home.

Contactless keypad entry; unique access codes are sent 24 hours prior to arrival and updated after every stay.

A starter supply of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Please plan to bring additional stock for longer stays.

The pool key fob is kept in the kitchen drawer ($50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned fobs).

For safety and security, three exterior cameras monitor property entry points: front door, front balcony, and backyard patio area. An interior decibel monitor measures noise levels only and does not record audio.

Stairs: Two-story floor plan with all sleeping quarters located upstairs (stairs required).

Parking: Reserved on-site parking available for up to 2 vehicles directly in front of the home.

Occupancy: Configured comfortably for families, couples, or small groups. Please ensure your reservation reflects your accurate guest count.

Quiet Hours: Enforced nightly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.

No Events: Intended exclusively for quiet, relaxing vacation stays.

We welcome up to two dogs under 50 lbs with an added pet fee of $25 per dog, per day (STRICTLY NO CATS ALLOWED). Please notify us during booking so we can prepare.

Guests are expected to pick up after their pets indoors and across the yard. A small dog bed is provided, though bringing your dog's favorite blanket is recommended.

Dogs are strictly forbidden from climbing onto couches, furniture, beds, or decorative linens. An additional deep-cleaning fee applies if dog hair is detected on these surfaces upon departure. Exceeding the 2-dog limit incurs additional penalty fees.
