The house was clean, with plenty of towels. Having a pool was very relaxing on the 2 days we had with double red flags on the Gulf. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out was very simple. They even have a small turf "side yard" for your dogs to use. The pool had a variety of inflatables to use. The hosts are very responsive and respectful. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

This was a great house for a family reunion. Very spacious, the pool was terrific. There were a couple of small bumps in the road, not the host fault. The walk to the beach was a little longer then expected but then found a couple of public parking spots. (I have bad knees.) My family wanted to stay another week. The price was reasonable considering all you get. I would definitely recommend this house for a large number of people and will try to do it again.

Great location with a nice pool

Everyone one in our party had a great time while staying here. It's like a 5 minute walk from the beach and the pool was awesome for when we didn't want to walk to the beach. Big dinning room and living room for everyone to hang out in. Also a short drive from the main Panama City Strip.

Fun times. A short 5 min walk to the beach. Close enough to fun stuff for tenns but far enough away to enjoy it.

Birthday getaway

Location was conveniently close to beach and other attractions but far enough to not be in the middle of the tourist traffic. The house comfortably accommodated our multifamily and its needs. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Great stay

We had 2 families and had plenty of room and a big pool. It is a easy walk to the beach probably 5 minutes. The only issue is the kitchen is upstairs so if you can’t handle stairs it might be a issue, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Lovely home

My friends and I celebrated my birthday in PCB and stayed at the Typsy Gyspy. The home is clean, spacious, and was everything we were looking for. The host responded to questions and addressed concerns immediately.

Nice place

We had a great vacation. The house was as in the listing. The only thing was no TV’s in the bedrooms. Everything was great. It was enough room for all us. Cody was very helpful and even allowed us to bring 3 dogs. I would stay here again!

Typsy Gypsy beach house

Conveniently located. This house had everything you could think of or may possibly need. Very clean and well decorated. Comfy and felt like home. Pet friendly. The pool was awesome, especially at night! Great communication from owner. Couldnt find one thing to complain about.we had a blast!

The home is beautiful and the pool was fabulous. The pool was lot larger than I expected. We mainly utilized the downstairs because it was just me and my small dog. I was glad there was a door to go up the stairs to second floor as my dog is very small. The fridge downstairs worked perfect for us but I did love the ice maker in the kitchen, along with the creamers and sugar packets. Just enough for our stay. The toiletries were great (Terra Pure) including toothbrush/toothpaste, qtips and blow dryer. There were ample towels for our stay and there is a washer and dryer there too. The small fenced in area was great for my dog and there is an area for them to go potty too with scooper and bags. The hosts were available at all times and were in contact before, during and after check out.

Overall a great stay. We encountered a few issues with the ice machine and rollaway bed under the bunk bed but the owner assured it would be resolved quickly. I'm sure cleaning the rental with quick turnarounds is challenging but the place could have used a bit more cleaning. We also found bedding out on the deck drying when we arrived. Keep in mind the pool is not heated...still rather cold at the end of March.

Annual Family Vacation

The property was very nice and there was plenty of room for my family. There were some areas that could've been cleaned better. Dirty socks were found in the couch, and the floors had sand on them. The patio furniture was in need of repairs, and the grill was dirty. Overall, between the communication and functionality of the home, is was a very nice stay. Felt like home

Perfect

This place had it all! Great location, plenty of room, kitchen was fully stocked, comfy beds, and the ping pong table. We had a great time! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Cody and Josh both checked in with me mid week to make sure everything was going good. The kids loved playing ping pong. I was there with 5 teenagers and I heard no complaints. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us

We loved this property- the pool was really deep and clean. The property was conveniently located a short distance to St. Andrews State Park. While we were there basically the entire Panama Beach area lost water service and the owners were very communicative and responsive.
