The Space:

Tucked away on a beautiful lakefront property, this built in 2026, single-level, 720-square-foot bungalow offers a peaceful and private place to unwind with its own private entrance and porch, giving you a quiet retreat to settle into and enjoy at your own pace.

 

Spend the afternoon out on the water, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire as the sun goes down, or simply find a comfortable spot and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You may even spot some of the deer and eagles that frequent the property. Open-concept layout connects kitchen, living, and dining areas in an efficient, comfortable flow. Year-round comfort with air conditioning and heating. Washer and dryer included. Wi-Fi and smart TV for entertainment or work.

Two bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests: king bed in one and queen in the second.



KITCHEN & DINING

Well-equipped kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner countertop cooktop and an outdoor propane grill. Perfect for breakfasts, coffee, and simple meals. Note: there is no oven or dishwasher



OUTDOOR LIVING & WATER ACCESS — THE HEART OF THE EXPERIENCE

Full access to outdoor amenities on the estate. This is where the magic happens.



The lake, hot tub, fire pits, outdoor lounge areas, and dock are approximately a two-minute walk from the bungalow. The walk follows a declining gravel path, which guests with mobility concerns may find challenging. Along the way, you’ll first come to the hot tub and outdoor lounge area with a fire table, a cozy spot to settle in after a day of exploring. Continue toward the lake and you’ll find a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, perfectly positioned for relaxing by the water and taking in the sunset. Bring s'mores supplies or simply sit and enjoy the surroundings.



At the shoreline, a private dock awaits, along with a two-person pedal boat and two paddleboards available for guest use - no rental logistics required. Swim, fish, or launch water toys directly from the property.



THE SETTING

Avondale Lake is non-motorized and intimate. It's peaceful and serene, far calmer than the larger surrounding lakes in the region.



Avondale Golf Club is minutes away — a privately owned but publicly accessible par-72 course nestled among North Idaho pines, known for some of the best greens in the region and suitable for all skill levels.



The Porch restaurant is just a 2-minute drive down the road.



Coeur d'Alene and Silverwood theme park are 20 minutes away, making this a great home base for family adventures while still feeling like a private retreat.

A reminder - the path to the outdoor amenities has a somewhat steep slope in order to access.



Please note: the bungalow is set back from the shoreline and does not have a lake view from inside.



The owner’s residence is located separately on the property, so you may occasionally see them coming or going during your stay. The bungalow and outdoor amenities are reserved exclusively for guests, giving you the freedom to relax and enjoy the property on your own.
