When you return home from the beach in the afternoons, you can take in beautiful sunsets over Back Bay on one of the two second-floor decks or the pool deck. A covered area under the deck provides plenty of shade while you make use of the outdoor minifridge and gas grill. A walk-in ramp allows you to easily launch your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard on the canal.



The main living area is on the second floor, perfectly designed with an open floor plan for family get-togethers. The kitchen has a large island with barstool seating, while the dining area has a table for eight and spills onto the outside deck with additional seating and a glass table. This deck overlooks the pool area, the canal, and the beautiful morning sunrise.
