A game room features ping-pong, foosball, a pool table, and air hockey. The home is just 50 yards from a private association dock on the tranquil Bumps River; a kayak is provided for your enjoyment. LIVING AREAS Full of natural light, the expansive Great Room is a grand social space with cathedral ceilings, exposed timber beams, and plenty of comfy seating. Kick back in front of the 40” flat-screen TV and large wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs, a sprawling game room offers an entertainment-packed space that features a sitting area, 60” flat-screen TV, and a host of games -- including ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, and a pool table. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will love the beautifully appointed kitchen, outfitted with large granite countertops for easy meal prep, and a host of stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar seats three, and there’s room for another eight at the dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS The house sleeps 10 guests between five contemporary bedrooms. A spacious master bedroom comes with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed. A fourth bedroom is fitted with two twin beds. Downstairs, the sprawling fifth bedroom has a queen bed, a comfy love seat, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
