The main level has a bright and spacious living room, a dining room with a sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a powder room. Sliding doors lead out to the deck where you'll find views of the pool, tennis courts, and a large grassy play area. The second floor includes the primary bedroom with a new king-size bed, a queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. The laundry room, primary bath, and hall bath complete the second floor. Things to know There is no amenity fee for the use of the outdoor community pool, tennis court, and pier for crabbing or launching a kayak or canoe. * If the owner provides an optional Bethany Beach parking permit, a $50 cash or check deposit is required upon check-in.
