The Space:
Located in the sought-after Sea Colony community, this second-floor 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath resort retreat offers a peaceful setting with a short walk to pools, tennis, and a full range of amenities.
Enjoy the wraparound screened porch and deck, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. The main level features a bright living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, including the primary suite. Upstairs, the open loft provides additional flexible space, ideal for extra guests or a quiet retreat.
Recent updates include new living room flooring and new outdoor seating, giving the home a fresh, comfortable feel. Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, TVs, and WiFi.
Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
