This home sits on the original location of the Clubhouse of the Historic Rehoboth Beach Country Club. The bright, cheery interior of the home opens up to a fenced oasis of a yard. You will love spending afternoons in the yard as the family lounges around your private pool with beverages. Or sit on the front porch and people watch as folks stroll down Country Club Drive. Inside you’ll find a two-story layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in one of six plush bedrooms. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and central AC add convenience to your stay. It's only a short, easy walk to both the beach boardwalk and the famous Rehoboth Avenue with its shops and restaurants. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The pool is not heated and is open from May 1st through October 15th. Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.

This house was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We were a family of 8 and there were enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. With a room to spare. The pool was an added plus. A little chilly but still a plus. You are within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. Nice quiet neighbors and neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful time during our stay. The house had all the amenities we could need. The location to Rehoboth Ave was a huge plus. We'd definitely stay there again!

We are a multigenerational family and family dog. Great location! Walked to town and beach and boardwalk. Had a great time grilling and using the pool. We just relaxed and had family time. The house allows you to eat inside comfortably, eat outside by the pool, and just have family time. The best! The WiFi is excellent so those of us who need to check into our real life world we can do it without a problem. All is easy! Perfect for summer fun.

Large House Three Blocks from the Beach

The house accommodated our 11 person group and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was very convenient to walk to all the great parts of Rehoboth Beach.

Spacious, lovely home!

Great home with well maintained furniture and pool! Everything felt very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had nice modern appliances. We comfortably fit 9 adults and two kids with ample space!

Great location. Beach & town were easily accessible. The weather was so glorious, no one used the pool. It was nice to have it nevertheless. Despite a few minor issues which Vacasa is now aware of, everything was as expected and a good time was had by all.

Awesome home

Beautiful house with a ton of sleeping space for 12 adults. The house is well kept with a beautiful pool and it's so nice that it's also dog friendly! A short bike ride to the beach, but it's a bit long for a walk unless you have a wagon or minimal accessories. The customer service was great and always attentive when we needed anything. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and clean. There were only 3 recommendations that would help add to the property… 1. We noticed there weren’t any full length mirrors 2. We couldn’t find a skimmer for the pool. Although the pool looked like it had been cleaned unfortunately with the storm the pool was filled with leaves that weren’t too easy to get out. 3. The front door lock was a bit difficult to lock. We followed the instructions and then even after knowing to turn the lock (which wasn’t mentioned in the instructions) it still took several tries and minutes to lock. Overall though it was a wonderful stay!

Nice House!

Spacious accommodations for a large family in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the beach. The house is very well stocked - better than most we’ve rented - and we all enjoyed some old school fun with Wii games and VHS movies. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it was opened when we were leaving and looks nice. We would definitely return to this property. House was great. Pool was a great feature. New patio. Backyard had a small hole in the ground by the outdoor furniture which we tried to cover so no one would step in it. we had a great stay - the location was excellent, walking distance to the beach/boardwalk/rehoboth ave, the house was comfortable/spacious enough for our family and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed - we loved the big couch and dining table, the grill, and the best part was the pool. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay and the manager was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. they also let us check in an hour early which was very much appreciated on a hot day. The only downside was the cleanliness - we were not sure all the linens had been changed prior to our arrival. House Was Great!

Seachange responded immediately when I reported that we needed additional beach towels. I have never rented a home with a pool so this was a big hit with everyone especially my grands. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen accessories. Overall this house met all of our needs. The long dining room table allowed all of us to dine comfortably. Rent this house you won’t be disappointed ! Also pool was clean, had noodles & floats. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
