The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two separate floors, each with its own kitchen. Enjoy a private above-ground pool, fenced garden, free parking and space for children to play. Ideal for families, friends and guests travelling with pets.

the home is spread over two floors and made up of two apartments, rented together as one spacious and comfortable house. In total there are 5 bedrooms: 3 spacious rooms with double beds and 2 cozy rooms with 4 single beds.

Please note the home is spread over two floors and accessible by stairs only. The first floor is reached by one flight of stairs, and the upper floor by an additional staircase.

On the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs offers a large living room with TV, a 10-person dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a second bathroom. A washing machine is also available here, making it ideal for longer stays with family or friends.

Within a 15-minute drive you’ll find a large supermarket, several restaurants and a water park for children. Charming towns such as Panicale, Città della Pieve and Tavernelle are nearby, while larger cities like Orvieto and Perugia are also within easy reach for day trips.
