Arrowhead Lake Requires all guests to be registered to receive access passes and entry to the community. Access passes for amenities are mandatory year-round for all guests over the age of 6 years old.
In Season Rate (from May 24 to September 2): $8.50 per person per night, $42.50/week
Off Season Rate (from September 3 to May 23): $2.00 per person per night.
Vehicle access is $20 per vehicle.
Each rental will be required to pay a $20 transaction fee in addition to the guest/vehicle fees noted above.
*It is important to note that being registered with the community and paying fees is mandatory and must be completed at least 5 days before your arrival date. You will be denied access into the closed-gate community without prior registration and will not be given a refund.
When booking, please have the Make, Model, Year, and License Plate Number of the vehicle(s) you will be driving for your trip. This information is required to register you and your guests with the community.

You will receive an email from Arrowhead Lake at least 24 hours prior to check-in which will include a QR Code for access as well as additional information regarding the community such as events/activities occurring during your stay!

*Note: House is on a septic system. Failure to follow appropriate disposal resulting in septic issues may result in a fine up to $1000.
