The outdoor space offers separate seating arrangements, outdoor diningtable and bbq as well as loungers by the heated pool. The extended dock with no fixed bridges may accommodate your private vessel and offers direct access to the Intracoastal waterways.


The home is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale within walking distance to the Bayview Park – great playground for younger children, and open tenniscourts. Only a short drive to the beach and the downtown area.
