The Space:

Enjoy million-dollar, direct oceanfront views from the living area, the dining area, the master bedroom, and the private balcony of one of Ocean City’s most exclusive addresses. You'll be treated to high-end furnishings and bedding, free WiFi and central AC throughout, a gourmet kitchen with a wine cooler, a full-size washer/dryer to handle the swimsuits each evening, and four TVs and a DVD player for your nightly entertainment. Private parking for two cars is provided as well. Spend your days on the uncrowded beach just outside the door or take advantage of everything that the Gateway Grand has to offer! The Gateway Grand is an Ocean City landmark, offering a prime midtown location on the ocean block at 48th Street. You'll have access to a host of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness room, and a kids' game room with board and video games. Head down to the sand to find 250 feet of sparkling beachfront for a day of sun and surf, or stroll to a number of popular shops, activities, and restaurants in the surrounding blocks, including Fager's Island, Seacrets, Dead Freddy's, Macky's, and the Ocean City Brewing Company. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins just one mile south as well. Things to know The Gateway Grand has an HOA-mandated seven-night minimum Please note that a A $138 non-refundable admin fee is due at check-in at the building. This fee provides access to the building amenities and 2 parking places. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Beautiful Condo and View!

This is the 5th year we have stayed at Gateway Grand 507. It is a beautiful condo, in the perfect location. The view from the 5th floor balcony is great and the condo location at 48th Street is ideal for visiting all the local bars and restaurants.

Minor issues of I’m being picky, otherwise great!

The place was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. Everything was very good. If I must be picky, I would point out that the AC wouldn’t cool below 78°, however the oversized ceiling fans more than made up for the AC. The Master shower has a hot and a cold setting, no in between. Other than that, the place was great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Amazing vacation spot right in the center of things. All the amenities, beautiful views and ocean sounds. Shortest walk to the beach in OC. Fully equipped condo made family dinners easy and fun. Game night was a blast. We boogie boarded, body surfed, easy trip to the boardwalk and restaurants. Already made reservations for next year!

Very nice condo!

Clean and nicely furnished with more than adequate amenities! The view of the ocean is perfect! We went at the beginning of the "off-season" period and went in with mid-range expectations, but were pleasantly surprised to be treated as if we were peak-season guests! We traveled with two other couples who also had a great experience. We would (and hopefully will) rent again! The only request we would make is to have a couple more deck chairs available.

THE BEST ON THE BEACH!

We came for a very long girl's weekend, and never wanted to leave! Gateway Grand 507 is the perfect vacation spot. The layout is expansive and the furnishings are gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is extremely clean. We appreciated the building's staff. They were very friendly and the building is quite secure. The best part was the VIEW! It is amazing! We enjoyed waking up every morning with the ocean right in front of us. Beautiful! The location is also convenient to many of our favorite restaurants. It is perfectly situated. This place is a gem, and we hope to enjoy it again very soon.

Great Spring Getaway!

We had the good fortune to enjoy this home for an off-season getaway and despite colder weather had a wonderful time! This unit is beautiful, well appointed and stocked, and the view cannot be beat. The decor is high-end coastal with plenty of seating and spaces for the whole family. The owners have done a great job with sleep offerings, especially for multi-generational family vacationers. The view is expansive and beautiful, and despite our cool temperatures, kept us feeling beachy. We really liked the balcony furniture, especially the bar height so you were not sitting below the rail line. The check-in process was easy, and the building offers fun amenities -- our kids enjoyed both the indoor pool and the game room. I thought the parking, 2nd floor walkover and luggage carts made unloading/packing up very easy. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon!

This condo is a great beach getaway. It was the perfect size for a family of 5 - and a perfect location right on the beach. We were also able to walk to a few restaurants! Note to the renter to confirm what is included in rental in terms of linens and beach items. The lists provided were not accurate. Also, the WiFi was very spotty - this was not a problem for a week vacation but if we needed service for a longer stay, it may have been a problem. None of these comments change our opinion of this great rental! I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again sometime! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Ocean View to Beat All Ocean Views!

We chose Gateway Grand 507 based on the pictures and descriptions we saw on the Vantage Vacation Rentals website and we were not disappointed! The condo was clean (we didn't feel the need to clean the place before relaxing like we have with other rentals) and beautiful! The condo was spacious with a lot of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed. But, what I miss the most is the VIEW, the ocean front view was just amazing! There was nothing but sand between our balcony and the ocean waves and dolphins! This was the most relaxing girls' getaway and I would recommend this condo to anyone! We will definitely be looking to Vantage Realty for our next Ocean City getaway, they were so easy to work with and their property was just as advertised....only the view was even better than the pictures!!

Amenities Galore! Beautiful Oceanfront Unit

The Gateway Grand is the perfect spot for an Ocean City getaway. Even in the off-season, we took advantage of the indoor pool, fitness center and its close proximity to restaurants, shops and activities. The unit itself is absolutely stunning and the layout is perfect for a family or group of couples. Our first impression--the condo was MUCH larger than we anticipated!! Some Highlights: Furniture--Both elegant and comfortable The Master Bath--Large Jacuzzi and shower with dual rain shower heads The Kitchen Island with wine fridge--Great for meals and entertaining The Balcony Views--The reason you won't want to leave Children's play/video game room--located right by the indoor pool New Red Red Wine Bar and Dry 85 Bourbon Bar/Restaurant right next to the building. Upon arrival, the unit was spotless and we felt as if we were the first people who ever stayed in the condo. We look forward to another stay in the near future!

Maintenance request

We made a maintenance request for some lights that were not working as well as the screen which was nearly ripped out. It was barely attached so it couldn’t really be used. Although we got a work order number none of the items got fixed.

Upscale, luxurious property with amazing views.

Our group of seven came for President's Day weekend. We haven't been to Ocean City in the off-season, and were just hoping for a relaxing few days. The condo was amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way! The building had a friendly and helpful security staff. The unit was spotless and very well maintained. The layout is excellent--there was plenty of space for all of us. It is definitely a luxury property; the furnishings were upscale, the beds comfortable, the kitchen thoughtfully designed and very well-stocked. The owner got all of the little details right (separate wine/beverage fridge, every necessity provided in the kitchen, generously-sized televisions, etc.). The master bath in particular was a treat, with a spacious shower and jacuzzi tub. We were able to bundle up and enjoy the amazing view from the balcony (the bar-height furniture out there is perfect because you can see over the rails). Our kids loved the indoor pool and the fact that we could walk across the street for ice cream at Dumser's every day! Even in February, it was wonderful to take long walks on the beach and boardwalk. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

This place was remarkable. It is everything the description states but so much more. VERY CLEAN, bright and airy. The view was magnificent. The ocean is so close! It's wonderful to be able to see some your family enjoying the beach while you are enjoying the breeze, on the balcony. There are soooo many places to dine within walking distance (Red, Red, Wine, Dry 85, Mackey's and many many more). This location is fabulous for dining out but if you'd rather stay in and cook, the kitchen is stocked with lots of EVERYTHING you would need. The beds are so comfortable, so you can expect a good night's sleep while on vacation. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the weight room. It was well equipped and clean! The indoor pool was amazing. The temperature was perfect and it wasn't one of those small indoor pools that you can't swim in. The actual building that this unit is located is very clean, well kept and has very friendly staff. You can't just walk into this building without the proper keys and cannot use the garage without the parking fob. So I must add that the condo building is very safe. This is one of the nicest (maybe the nicest) places that we've ever stayed. Will stay here again!

There are soooo many places to dine within walking distance (Red, Red, Wine, Dry 85, Mackey`s and many many more). This location is fabulous for dining out but if you`d rather stay in and cook, the kitchen is stocked with lots of EVERYTHING you would need. The beds are so comfortable, so you can expect a good night`s sleep while on vacation. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the weight room. It was well equipped and clean! The indoor pool was amazing. The temperature was perfect and it wasn`t one of those small indoor pools that you can`t swim in. The actual building that this unit is located is very clean, well kept and has very friendly staff. You can`t just walk into this building without the proper keys and cannot use the garage without the parking fob. So I must add that the condo building is very safe. This is one of the nicest (maybe the nicest) places that we`ve ever stayed. Will stay here again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Extremely Disappointed

We were very disappointed and unhappy with the condo and poor customer service from VACASA. Upon entering the condo, it obviously was not cleaned properly. There were empty water/Gatorade bottles in the bedrooms, bottle caps, food crumbs, pieces of trash in the rooms and one closet and the carpets were not vacuumed. The coffee maker and ice maker were broken. One twin bed boxspring was turned upside down so the mattress was sinking into it and the TV in that room didn't work. Pictures were taken and sent to VACASA. It took up to 3 days for everything to get fixed and/or replaced. The living room furniture is worn and stained, as are the carpets. The beach locker contained one umbrella and 4 old/worn beach chairs. We have rented the same condo in this building since it opened and only switched this year due to it being sold. What a disappointment in such a nice building. We'll never rent with VACASA again and definately not this unit.
