Enjoy a resort-style, fully fenced, backyard with a sparkling pool, loungers, fire pit, and poolside basketball and volleyball. Just minutes from the beach, top dining, and golf, with easy access to St. Augustine and Jacksonville. Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable coastal memories.

Our beach home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood called Dolphin Cove. It is central to many shops and restaurants in the area. As well as 1.5 miles from the beach. Target and Publix are 2 miles away. Winn Dixie is 1 mile away. Whole Foods is 3 miles away. There are tons of restaurants in the shopping areas by all of the above grocery stores. A couple of our favorites - Anejo, The Local, Another Broken Egg Cafe, The Bodega.

Spend your days at the beach, golfing, or exploring nearby St. Augustine and Jacksonville.

The backyard at Endless Summer is where you’ll spend most of your time — and for good reason.

Take a dip in the private pool, lounge in the Florida sun on six poolside loungers, or unwind on the outdoor sectional with your morning coffee or evening drink. For a little friendly competition, the pool features basketball and volleyball, making it perfect for both kids and adults.

As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit with six Adirondack chairs — ideal for relaxing nights, good conversation, and making memories under the stars. The backyard is fully fenced, offering both privacy and peace of mind.

- The Space -
Designed to comfortably host large groups and multiple families, Endless Summer offers a spacious and thoughtful layout:

Bedroom #1 (Primary) — King bed + private bathroom, two nightstands, large closet and 55in TV
Bedroom #2 — King bed, two nightstands, closet and 55in TV
Bedroom #3 — King bed + twin daybed, nightstand, closet and 55in TV
Bedroom #4 (Bunk Room) — Two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds (4 beds total), 55in TV

- The Kitchen & Dining -
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need — cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a blender, rice maker, and more. Perfect for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to group dinners after a long day in the sun.

The dining area features a large table with seating for 8, plus a poker table with four additional chairs. The poker table includes a removable top, allowing it to double as extra dining space. This area also includes an oversized 75” TV and a dedicated workspace with a desk.

- Living Room -
A comfortable space to relax, recharge, and wind down with a large sectional and oversized swivel chair and 65in TV — though the backyard might steal the show.

- Family Friendly -
Endless Summer is perfect for families traveling with kids. We've got you covered with a pack-and-play, high chair and kids plates & cups. Need more? Rent cribs, car seats, strollers, and toys through BabyQuip.

- Pet Friendly -
Bring the whole family — fur babies included! The fully fenced backyard gives pets plenty of room to run. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. Despite thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee the property will be entirely free of pet hair.

- Clean, Thoughtful Touches -
We care about creating a healthy and comfortable stay for our guests, which is why we stock the home with all-organic soaps and bath products for you to enjoy during your visit.

- The Location -
Located in Ponte Vedra Beach — home of the PGA Tour, The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, and the ATP Tour. Just minutes from the ocean, fine dining, nightlife, and golf. Only 30 minutes to historic St. Augustine and 35 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Enjoy the beaches, golf, fishing, boating, wildlife spotting, and easy access to the shopping and dining of both Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

* A signed rental agreement and ID verification are required to finalize your booking per local regulations.
* To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us in advance to request a possible exception.
* Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued, as these fees are charged by the payment processor and are not returned to us.

The best way to get around the area is by car or walking to some of the closer places such as Anejo or walking to the beach via Solana Rd.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us in advance to request a possible exception.

Pets – Fee is $75 per pet. Please reach out if bringing more than 1 pet. 2 pet maximum. No cats.

This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements. Must be 25 or older to book.

We have a security camera at the front entrance and on the left side gate for the safety of our guests and our property. The cameras are triggered by motion detection and records video and sound.
