For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month ($180 for winter season) for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval .maximum one pet only.
