Kindly note, to preserve the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere of our property, occupancy is limited to no more than four (4) unrelated guests at any time. This home is intended for families and small groups, not for parties or large gatherings.
 
With 4 bedrooms, a dedicated bunk room, and 3 full bathrooms, the home is designed for group comfort—offering generous gathering spaces while still allowing room to spread out and unwind.
Inside, you’ll find welcoming living areas on both levels, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. The open kitchen and dining spaces make shared meals easy, and the thoughtfully furnished layout supports both connection and privacy.

Minimum of 3 night stay. Maximum stay of 2 weeks. 
Need at least 5 day notice to ensure a properly prepared home for each stay.
Check‑in: 4:00 PM via smart lock (early entry not available)
Check‑out: 10:00 AM
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in designated spaces.
This is a strict pet‑free & smoke/vape-free home.
Day visitors are limited to 4 at any time.
A starter supply of household and hygiene essentials is provided; guests are responsible for replenishment as needed.
As with all lake homes, guests assume responsibility for safe use of the lake, firepit, and outdoor areas.
Wi‑Fi and smart TVs are provided.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No illegal substances
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (outdoor enjoyment welcome—please be respectful)
Do not tamper with Wi‑Fi equipment or smart locks
A signed rental agreement is required 5 days prior to arrival.

AVOIDABLE FEES
$500 fee for unauthorized events or parties (no more than 4 additional guests)
$500 fee for smoking/vaping on premises
$750 unauthorized pet fee
$500 fee if cleaning exceeds 6 hours

For the safety of our guests and the home, exterior security cameras are in use on the property. These devices are located at the front and back entrances and monitor outdoor areas only. They record video and audio for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
