The Space:

We are is just a short stroll to the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Creek Golf Clubhouse, Park, Basketball & Volleyball Courts, Cabana Club, pools, and Ocean Marina. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is perfect for those who want the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The townhouse has a spacious, well equipped kitchen and is tastefully furnished with hardwood floors throughout the main floor. The main part of the home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The In-law suite is separate from the main house, above the garage. It contains a Queen Bed, Full Size Sofa Bed, kitchenette (sink, microwave, small fridge) and full bathroom with walk in closet. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people!

In the main house, the upstairs 2nd master suite has a king bed, a single Sofa Bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. On the main floor, the master suite has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and step in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has two twin beds and a hall bath with a tub shower combo.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and an extra full-size refrigerator is in the laundry room. The kitchen also has a Keurig, drip coffee maker and a double oven, as well as all the basic appliances and houseware. Past the kitchen is a 2nd dining room, allowing plenty of space for larger groups. The spacious great room combines the living and main dining room. This leads to the large screened-in porch on the 16th tee, which has added a 3rd sitting area for family and friends.

2 Large Smart TVs. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home pair with your favorite streaming applications. Propane grill in the patio area. The right side of garage houses two golf carts for guests to use. The left side of the garage will hold one car plus two spots in the driveway, parking in the grass adjacent to the driveway is also allowed. There is a wagon, beach chairs, and bicycles for guest use as well.

Fripp Island Amenity Cards Available:
***Amenity Cards*** Fripp Island Resort Fees are included with the VRBO price!!! This allows the use of all resort amenities (golf/pools/restaurants/camps/workout space/food trucks/tennis/pickleball/boat rental/paddleboarding/activities). All guests ages 13+ must present an amenity card (carry them with you at all times). Additional amenity cards are available for purchase from the homeowner.

Summer amenity cards are $55/card during the summer season- Off season are $35/card for weekly rentals...3-4day rentals in the off season cards are $28 and $38 during the summer season.

Note about the home:

1. You will use the code provided to open the lock box on the left side of the front porch stairs. There are two keys (one for the garage door & garage apartment and one for the glass front door) The front door lock can be tricky, follow the directions on the door, turn the key and lift the handle.

2. You can park one car in the grass on each side of the driveway. If you need more spaces to park, Ocean Creek Golf Course is very close, please go in the pro shop and get permission to park there first.

3. All pet (dogs only) must be PRE-approved by the owner. Non-Refundable Pet fee of $150 must be paid upon approval of pets ($150 first pet and $75 for each additional pet). There is a $300 fee if a pet is present without pre-approval. Dogs are allowed on the beach! Feel free to bring a kennel or dog bed to make your pet feel at home.

4. Please note this property has a check in day of Saturday and a 7-night minimum in the Summer and a 3-night minimum the rest of the year.

5. The two golf carts should be charged each night and left plugged in at the end of your stay, for the next guest. Please hose them off in the driveway at the end of your stay. South Carolina Law states, TO OPERATE A GOLF CART, YOU MUST BE A LICENSED DRIVER IN YOUR HOME STATE. You will sign a Golf Cart Agreement if you book with us.

6. There is a pack n play provided in the Upstairs walk in closet and a baby/pet gate in the laundry room closet for guest use.
