3-bedroom Nostalgic Lakeside Cabin on Big Sand Lake in Park Rapids, MN

Experience the charm of a completely renovated 1940's lakeside cabin on Big Sand Lake in Park Rapids, MN.

Big Sand Lake is located eight miles northeast of Park Rapids, MN. It is a 1,659-acre lake known for high water clarity (averaging 25 ft) and a max depth of 135 feet. Known as one of the premier fishing and recreational lakes in the area. Nearby towns include Dorest, Nevis and Walker.

The cabin offers a serene retreat where guests can unwind after a day of adventure.

You do not have to go far to find fun things to do!
- Swim
- Spend time on the lake (We have two kayaks for you to explore the lake. We ask that you bring your own lifejackets so that you can ensure proper sizing for safety.)
- Fish off the dock
- Shop and/or dine in surrounding towns
- Hike the trails at Itasca State Park
- Bike the Heartland Trail
- Read a book on the deck
- Play board or card games around the dining room table.

Guests will be able to enjoy lakeviews from the living room (or) deck and west-facing sunsets. Towering pines surround the cabin providing a secluded feeling even with other cabins nearby.

The cabin is comprised of three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
* The Master Suite includes a king-size bed and has an adjoining half bath.
* The second bedroom, "White Pine", includes a queen-size bed and has a 3/4 Bath (shower).
* The third bedroom, "Jack Pine", includes two twin beds.
* There is a third full bathroom which includes a clawfoot tub and shower.

Amenties include: Wireless Internet, Heat and AC.

PLEASE NOTE:
- This cabin is NOT handicap accessible and individuals with mobility issues may find the stairs to the cabin or path to the dock difficult to manuever.
- Our cabin is part of an old resort. Each resorts is now owned by individual families. We request that you respect our neigbors privacy.
