The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests while offering an abundance of sleeping space and flexibility. Although officially a 3-bedroom property, it features 5 separate sleeping areas to spread out and relax.
On the main level, you’ll find two bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed. Upstairs includes two additional sleeping areas, each with a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the loft area. The lower level offers another private space with a king bed. Each floor is equipped with a full bathroom for convenience.
Enjoy the outdoors from the large porch, complete with a screened-in section and dining table—perfect for meals or relaxing without the bugs. The property also features a private dock, accessible via a moderately inclined walk down to the lake, giving you a peaceful, secluded waterfront experience.g canoe. It`s pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The home has amazingly fast internet, streaming media on the televisions, games for the entire family, gas grill, multiple decks to enjoy the setting by the lake, and a kitchen that is very well appointed.


The `FULL POOL` LAKE LANIER LAKE LEVEL is 1,071` above sea level. At full pool there is 5`6` of water under the dock. We have no warning of the Army Corps of Engineers plan regarding control of lake levels. Guests should check to make sure this elevation is appropriate for their needs.
