The undersigned hereby consist of customers, patrons, and visitors of JE Eutopia.

By submitting payment for your stay at JE Eutopia; the undersigned hereby waive, release and forever discharge JE Eutopia it’s affiliates, owners, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. The undersigned hereby acknowledge that they are staying at JE Eutopia on their own free will, and entirely at their own risk. The undersigned hereby understand that any and all injuries or outcomes that may arise by own or others’ negligence or conditions on the premises or the conditions or use of amenities offered at the premises or related to travel to and from the premises are at their own risk. Nonetheless, ; the undersigned hereby assume all related risks, both known and unknown at JE Eutopia
JE Eutopia, is not responsible for any errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. The undersigned hereby fully understand that this is a release of liability and agree to voluntarily give up and waive any right that they would otherwise have to bring legal action against JE Eutopia, including but not limited too any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of JE Eutopia its agents and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of the undersigned hereby presence at the premises.
The undersigned hereby further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JE Eutopia against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by themselves or anyone on their behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.

By submitting payment and reserving my stay, I acknowledge and agree that I have read JE Eutopia’s Waiver of Liability carefully. I clearly understand the terms and voluntarily sign this release agreement by way of reserving a stay at JE Eutopia and submitting payment. I have also discussed this with all persons in my party and they have authorized me to sign this agreement on their behalf virtually.
