Parking:
- Only 5 vehicles allowed at property, please use the garage and driveway.
- DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET

Trash Day: Wednesday
- If you are staying overnight on Tuesday, please bring the trash bin to the sidewalk. Trash bins are located outside on the left side of the garage. Please bring in the bins after collection!

A/C & Heating:
- There are 2 HVACs: 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs
- All rooms have ceiling fans
- SUMMER GUESTS: Please turn the thermostat to 80 degrees before you leave
- WINTER GUESTS: Please turn the thermostat to 60 degrees before you leave

Checking out:
- Please take all trash to the trash bins located on the left side of the garage
- Leave all bath towel on the bathroom floor
- Leave all beds as is so cleaners know what was used during your stay
- Wash all dishes/run the dishwasher
- Turn off all fans and lights in the home
- Return all fall/light remotes where they belong
- Send property owner a message on VRBO when you head out so cleaning services can begin cleaning!
