* Pet Fee: A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay.
* Pet Limit: Only one (1) pet is allowed per stay.
* Furniture & Beds: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds at any time. Please bring your pet’s own bedding if needed.
* Unattended Pets: Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless they are safely secured in a crate.
* Clean Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, both inside the home and around the property.
* Damages: Any damage caused by a pet or additional cleaning required beyond normal turnover may result in additional charges.
