Villa Wave at Aqua Vista is a brand-new seafront villa created with elegance, comfort and effortless coastal living in mind. Its contemporary minimalist design is beautifully complemented by natural tones and high-quality materials, creating a warm, sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere inspired by the sea.

Perfectly positioned directly on the seafront and within the heart of Kalyves, the villa offers the rare combination of beautiful sea views and the convenience of village life. Guests can enjoy easy access to the sea, while shops, cafés, restaurants, the bakery and local amenities are all within comfortable walking distance. The sandy beach is also only a short walk away. On the ground floor, the villa features a bright and comfortable living area, an elegant dining space and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen designed to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The kitchen includes all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and espresso coffee machine.

The ground floor also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a washing machine, dryer and a practical storage area for added convenience.

Upstairs, the villa offers three beautifully presented bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The master bedroom opens onto a private sea-view balcony with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the coastline. Generously sized to comfortably accommodate up to five guests, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee, share a glass of wine in the evening or simply relax while taking in the endless blue of the Cretan Sea.

The second double bedroom and the third single bedroom both benefit from natural light and comfortable interiors, although they do not have private balconies.

Each bedroom is fitted with a spacious mirrored wardrobe, combining practicality with an elegant finishing touch.

Outside, the ground-floor veranda offers a comfortable seating area where guests can enjoy the sea breeze, the peaceful coastal atmosphere and the soothing sound of the waves.

Particular attention has been given to creating a comfortable sense of privacy within the outdoor areas, allowing guests to relax while still enjoying the villa’s privileged central seafront location.

For guests wishing to add an extra touch of indulgence to their stay, Villa Wave also offers a private heated jacuzzi with sea view as an optional luxury extra throughout the entire season.

The jacuzzi is not included in the accommodation rate.

As it is exclusively for the guests of Villa Wave, it is individually prepared for every reservation — professionally cleaned, freshly filled and heated specifically for each booking. This ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, private and carefully prepared jacuzzi experience.

If selected, the jacuzzi is available at an additional charge of €25 per day and is prepared for the full duration of the reservation.
