Our dedicated online staff responds online to messages between 9 AM and 10 PM. Our cleaning and maintenance staff is available most days from 9am - 5 PM.

We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy, but not touristy. There are newly constructed, handicap friendly, wide sidewalks on the main street. They lead you to 5th and the beach, making it an easy walk and well lit at night.

The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and its own air conditioning unit, while the living room includes a second AC unit, a futon for guests, and a Smart TV for downtime.

To support a "work-from-home" lifestyle, the unit is equipped with high-speed 50 Mbps fiber-optic internet. The kitchen is fully prepared for daily meal prep, and the building features a social rooftop lounge. This shared space includes outdoor furniture, hammocks, and a 40cm shallow wading pool—perfect for cooling off and connecting with fellow travelers.

Located within easy reach of the stores, restaurant, pharmacy etc. This condo provides a secure and affordable environment. For stays of a month or longer, our rates automatically include electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and scheduled cleaning services to ensure a stress-free experience.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, there is parking available, 5 spaces in front of the building, and street parking street as well. Taxis are very easy to get from this central location. The ADO bus station is only 8 blocks away.

Check-in: Entry is available 24 hours, starting from 3:00 PM. You will receive a code to access your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No need to wait for anyone!

We sell 20L bottles of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

We have 5 parking spaces available outside our building.

Rooftop hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Additional services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an extra charge upon request.
