This villa is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Choeng Mon Beach Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to four beaches, the closest being Tongson Bay Beach which is only a 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The airport is a 10 minute drive from the house. The Villa is situated between Fisherman's Village where you can enjoy fine dining on the beachfront with stunning sea views and sunsets and Chaweng, which offers those seeking the night life the chance to party until the early hours of the morning.

This villa has been beautifully designed in a contemporary island style, offers a comfortable lounge seating area and a huge dining area offering seating for 12 people.

The villa offers a fast and reliable wireless internet connection indoor and outdoor via 3BB fiber optic connection, which is perfect for remote workers.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with extra ceiling fans in each room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a big American style fridge freezer. The fully equipped kitchen to western standards offers built-in microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, so that you can enjoy cooking as if you were at home. Or you can simply invite a Thai Chef who will prepare delicious Thai dinners for you.

As much thought has been given to the outdoor living area. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a large Sala seating area with ceiling fan. There are four contemporary sun loungers for those wanting to relax and sunbathe.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Koh Samui is Thailand’s third largest island and is known for it's laid back easy going atmosphere.
Choeng Mon/Plai Laem is one of the best location on Koh Samui. The town of Choeng Mon is home to many restaurants, bars and shops and is only a short 2 minute drive away.

The Villa is located in the gated community of Tongson Bay Villas at Tongson Bay Beach which is a very peaceful, quiet and safe family area.

Bangrak and Big Buddha are only a 5 minute drive from the villa and feature plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also located here for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Seven11 and Family Mart are located approximately 1km from the villa offering items to serve most daily needs. Location - Chong Mon, Plai Laem Soi 4 To swimming beaches: - 1,3 km to Melati beach/Tongson beach - 1,5 km to Samrong Bay beach/at Six Senses Resort - 1,8 km to Choeng Mon Public Beach To the shops and restaurants in Choeng Mon village: 2 minutes drive or a walk To Big Buddha: 5 minutes drive To Fisherman’s village: 8-10 minutes drive To Chaweng 'Central Festival’ shopping mall and supermarket: 8-10 minutes drive To the fish and vegetable market: 5 minutes drive.

HOUSE RULES
· We don't charge any general taxes
· Garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental fee
· Housekeeping are included into the rental fee.
· Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer) included in the rental price.
· If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we'll organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
· Electricity will be charged extra, upon usage, 8 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common rule in Thailand
· If you require any additional services like Thai cooking or baby sitter, please let our Villa Manager know and she will organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
· As usual, we are charging a refundable ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 10,000 THB in cash (or 400 USD or 400 EUR), which you will need pay at the time of your arrival. The Villa Manager will give you the keys for the property and will show you how everything works in the villa. You'll get back your deposit amount when leaving the property and handing back the keys.
