Wunderbare Family Garden Villa, sehr nahe am Strand, privat und geräumig.

Dies ist ein einzigartiges reizvolles Anwesen, da es aus einer Gruppe von separaten Pavillons im thailändischen Stil besteht, die ursprünglich für die große Familie und Freunde des Besitzers gebaut wurden. Es gibt ein Haupthaus und kleinere Pavillons, die um zwei Pools und Wasserfälle herum gebaut wurden. Es gibt reichliche Balkone und Veranden für Unterhaltung und Abendessen, darunter einen Massagepavillon, einen Koi-Karpfen-Pool und einen Wasserfall.

Der Hauptpavillon verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Küche. Es gibt drei zusätzliche Wohnpavillons, zwei mit Doppelschlafzimmern und einem Wohnbereich und einer mit einem Einzelschlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Alle verfügen über große Kingsize-Betten und viel Platz und Stauraum.

Ein weiterer Pavillon verfügt über eine Designerküche mit allen modernen Einrichtungen und Utensilien. Neben einigen anderen Essens- und Getränkezubereitungsbereichen in jedem der Bungalows

Jeder der Pavillons ist mit Kabel- oder Sat-TV, Klimaanlage und WLAN ausgestattet.

Nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß durch Kokosnusshainen liegt der sehr unberührte und abgelegene Strand von Natien. Innerhalb von 100 Metern erreichen Sie das exklusive X2-Resort und Spa. Dieses Anwesen ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von einem der wichtigsten touristischen Strandbereiche von Samui, Lamai, entfernt. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. Chaweng Beach ist 20 Autominuten entfernt.

Ein Spaziergang am Strand entlang bringt Sie zum Samui Zoo und Aquarium, einer sehr beliebten Touristenattraktion. Der Strand ist auch für das Kitesurfen beliebt.

Colin was a great host. Extremely helpful with any questions we had before arrival regarding trips, adaptors, car hire etc, and then again when we arrived. Colin also arranged a boat trip for us on Christmas Day. This was a great day out with amazing food. Resort villa was in a great location with a nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

A secret escape...

My friends and I had the most amazing stay in Colin's villa. Colin was there to greet us on the day we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. The villa it'self is beautiful in a quiet location, but it was easy enough to arrange transport through a local taxi provider who Colin knows well. They were able to take us to Chaweng and Lamai for very reasonable prices. We were also stuck on Koh Samui during the cyclone and so couldn't leave the island for 3 days. Colin was great and let us stay in the villa for the extra 2 nights and he text to check in on us to make sure we were all OK. At the end of our stay we met Colin in Lamai to say goodbye and have a few drinks which was really lovely. We had the best time staying in the villa and we thank Colin for making us feel at home Thanks Gemma

Nice property with great host!

Our company of in total 9 persons really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at this property. Its really charming with its small pavillions around the pool, convenient for us who had older children in the company, everyone who wanted could find their own to live in. The only downside we can think of is that the property is slightly more worn than the pictures show and that the information is not completely accurate. There is, for example, no TV in each pavilion, the waterfalls does not work and the resort X2 is closed. However, none of the above affected our stay in any way since we wanted sun, bath and relaxation, if a TV is missing or a waterfall isn't working is no big deal. Colin is a superb host that listened to our needs and helped us alot with whatever we needed. He had contacts for car rental, taxi service, chef service, boat tours and much more.

Tolle Tage!

Wir, zwei Familien, haben in der tollen, großzügigen Villa zusammen Urlaub gemacht. In den einzelnen Pavillons fanden die Kinder als auch die Eltern jeweils ihr Reich. Zusammen genutzt haben wir die große gut ausgestattete Küche in einem Extragebäude und der Pool als Zentrum war bei allen beliebt. Wenige Gehminuten von uns entfernt führte uns der Weg durch einen Palmenhain zu dem ruhigen, wenig touristischen weißen Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Die linke Seite des Strandes ist sehr müllig, geht man jedoch nach rechts wird der Strand gepflegt. Gerne haben wir uns im Shiva Beach Club aufgehalten, wenn man hier Getränke zu sich nimmt, bekommt man Liegen am Strand und Handtücher gestellt oder man nutzt die tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten am Pool.

Bonjour Nous avons été très déçu du logement, endroit insalubre!!! L’annonce ne correspond pas du tout aux photos Nous avons été très déçu de l’endroit. La piscine avait un goût citronnée, donc les enfants n’ont pas pu aller se baigner Ainsi que le jacuzzi était non utilisable. Toutes les douches ont une mauvaise évacuation La saleté était dans toutes les pièces La cuisine était très sale tous les éléments cuisine était encrassé!!! Établissement mal entretenu, ce qui est dommage Nous avons réservé deux semaines dans cet endroit, finalement nous avons quitté les lieux plutôt que prévu. Sans aucun dédommagement. Très mauvaise expérience.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans le logement Collin. Après avoir visité le nord nous sommes arrivé à Koh Samui pour une semaine. La maison est très agréable, nous nous sentions très bien. Chacun avait un peu son indépendance tout en étant ensemble. Collin a été très à l’écoute et nous a permis de faire une excursion magique avec les enfants. Juste pour information mais nous l’avions précisé à Collin dans le descriptif il est écrit à côté de la plage de Changwen mais en fait pas excatement. Les masseuses à 200 m de la maison peuvent se déplacer à domicile, et Joe le taxi a été super pour nos déplacements. Ce fut un séjour très agréable et remplis de souvenirs.

Booking was great, property an unpolished gem

Through the booking process Colin was great, very helpful and knowledgable about the area, I couldn’t fault this process nor the onward help that we had from the property manager, Nikki. I will go into a bit more detail about the property and our trip now, which was in March 2020. As a family of 6 we stayed in Colins villas for two weeks, as with any property on holiday this villa had good and bad elements. The good - The villa had everything we needed from two swimming pools to a separate kitchen that we could all use and not disturb each other with a good variety of utensils, there was also a lot of fridges, one in each house which was very useful. There was ample room with plenty of outside areas and seating to enjoy nights in. The gardens were very well kept and looked after, the staff and cleaners came every 5 days to sort each property for towels linen and give them a clean. There were fish to enjoy feeding and covered a good side of the property. The swimming pools were great to have, we didn’t really use the smaller one but the larger one had the sun most of the day. The day beds were also very comfortable and a good addition to the three sun beds to relax on in the day. The property was in a very private location away from the main road and very quiet, we did hire cars and motorbikes and there was a safe driveway and gate to secure them. We had a private chef one night, she cooked a great meal with lots to try, even though we said that one of our group was vegetarian every dish contained meat or fish, she also left us enough food for the next day in the freezer. The weather was amazing and it didn’t rain once! The island itself had a lot to offer with cute beach bars/restaurants and would take you about a day to get around in a car or motorbike to see great beaches. The massage shop at the end of the road is a must! They were great and very friendly, we spent a lot of time here. The bad - The main kitchen could have done with a bit more TLC, especially from the cleaners. The villas were lacking in final touches, indeed Colin had to send staff around to fix a few basics like shower heads on attaching to walls. Take plenty of mosquito repellant - the pond water pump isn’t working and as such there seemed to be a high number of mosquitos. With a little investment this really could be a gem of a property, we would consider returning in the future.

Très belle villa,bonne situation

Nous étions 10 personnes nous avions demander le transfert qui c’est très bien passer, nikki était sur place pour nous accueillir et nous faire le tour de la villa Comme nous avions lu dans les commentaires précédents un des lit était très inconfortable dès le lendemain collin est venu nous apporter un matelas neuf Les petites villas ont permis à tout le monde d’avoir son indépendance un vrai gros plus Points négatifs néanmoins pour le départ nous avions demandé à Nikki le transfert dont elle s’est occupée nous pensions la revoir pour lui remette les clés mais personne nous avons laisser les clés sur une table ! Arrivée à l’aéroport nous avons donc envoyé un message comme réponse pour la remise des clefs je ne suis pas payer pour le départ 🤔 Je trouve le style pas très professionnel Sinon bonne location A refaire Nathalie

Très beau concept pour cette villa avec ces 4 pavillons autour de la piscine.

Nous avons passé 15 nuits dans cette villa, très bien conçue pour un groupe de 10 amis. Tout le monde avait son intimité et on se retrouvait tous autour de la piscine. Le jardin de la villa est superbe mais la villa en elle-même pourrait être mieux entretenu. Les matelas du 1er pavillon en rentrant à gauche et ceux des 2 chambres solo demandent à être changer d'urgence ! Il manque du rangement dans les chambres solo. Dans les salles de bains, certaines douches ne fonctionnaient pas comme il faut: eau soit bouillante soit froide. On nous avait promis une fontaine à eau. On a juste eu 4 bonbonnes d'eau dans le frigo. Il devait y avoir un coffre-fort, il n'y en avait pas... On a vu Nikki (relation clientèle) à notre arrivée puis plus jamais revu même pas pour le départ. Le ménage a été fait après les 5 premiers jours puis après 6 jours seulement. (Pour les serviettes de plage c'était un peu juste quand même). Malgré tous ces petits désagréments nous avons passés un excellent séjour, la plage à 2 minutes est juste magnifique et nous avons parcouru toute l'île en long et en large en scooter. Pour des excursions en français nous recommandons vivement "Samui Evasion" avec "Papa" qui s'occupera de tout pour vous. Si nous sommes un peu critique sur la villa c'est parce que nous trouvons dommage que vous ne preniez pas assez soin de celle-ci. Elle le mérite vraiment et nous espérons ainsi que pour les prochains locataires ces problèmes seront réglés (surtout les matelas). Merci encore pour tout et à une autre fois peut-être. Brilliant for a large group

We stayed at Natien Villa for 2 weeks August 2019 - it was brilliant. As a party of 4 young children, 4 parents and 2 grandparents we were looking for accomodation where we were all together but afforded privacy when required and the Villa certainly provided this. Colin (owner) and Nikki (Guest Relations) could not have been more welcoming and helpful, providing advice and guidance on places to go, shop and eat as well as helping with bookings and taxis. When we needed minor medical assistance, Nikki was on hand to explain where we needed to go. Two of our party enjoyed an excellent days diving with Colin. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The rooms were cleaned and linen changed every 5 days and the pools cleaned even more frequently. We used the services of a local chef (organised by Nikki) on 4 occasions and the meals were superb every time. You could argue (and I have seen reviews that do), that by western standards the villa may be a little 'rough around the edges'. However, this is rural Thailand and I really didn't find that slow draining basins and a lack of hanging space spoiled an otherwise superb holiday. For large groups this Villa provides good value for money and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Property has great potential, if improvement works were to be undertaken.

Villa is in delightful situation, grounds and pool well maintained but only one sun lounger for property that could take ten persons! Swing seat cushions threadbare. Kitchen and bathrooms need refurbishment, toilets don't always flush, basins don't always drain. No free toiletries (as advertised in property details) only one pillow per person. Three rooms have no drawer space or wardrobes, set of hooks on the wall as a minimum is needed, we were hanging clothes on the curtain poles! Guest services Manager Nikki very helpful in organising transport, days out, chefs, masseurs etc and staff all very friendly. Ours was a family reunion and the property works well for this. We had a great holiday, the Shiva Beach Club just through the coconut Grove is excellent! Our comments are made in good faith and if taken on board will create a first rate holiday property.

Personnel très gentil et très serviable. Les chambres pas mal 3 grand lit et 2 petit dont un malheureusement pas confortable c'était le seul problème. Tout le reste parfait. Magnigique cuisine et piscine. Proche d'une petite ville et plage ravissante. Je le conseille vivement.
