RESPECT THE SPACE This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. We ask that all guests treat the property with the same care and respect they would their own home. Damages, excessive mess, or misuse of the space may result in additional charges filed through the booking platform's resolution process. While we are available 24/7 for communication and will respond as quickly as possible, there is no on-site property manager. All issues will be addressed remotely or by dispatch — your cooperation and patience is appreciated. Stair access is available to all floors.

PET POLICY Pets are welcome under the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation, removal, or additional fees. - Maximum 2 pets per booking - 50 lbs per pet weight limit - Pets are not permitted on any furniture - All pet waste must be promptly cleaned up - You must notify the host prior to booking if bringing a pet — undisclosed pets are grounds for immediate cancellation
