A fully remodeled and modern cabin, Boulder Haus provides a tastefully crafted interior (designed by LifeDesigned Co) to capture the essence of luxury cabin living.

Set in one of Big Bear Lake’s most desirable neighborhoods, this cul-de-sac home is just a 2-minute walk to Boulder Bay Park and a 5-minute walk to the lake and marina, with it’s own private dock and kayaks (kayaks available during April through November). Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of Boulder Bay while remaining moments from everything that defines a perfect lake escape.

Snow Summit is only 8 minutes away, Bear Mountain 10 minutes, and the charm of Big Bear Village just 10 minutes, offering boutique shopping, dining, and nightlife. The Alpine Zoo is 7 minutes away, and scenic trails, shoreline paths, and forest access are all within a short drive.

Chef's kitchen - designed to allow you to stay in and create your favorite meals. It's fully equipped with a complete set of cookware, tableware, and appliances (oven, microwave, air fryer, stove, coffee maker for pods or beans, and a juicer). If you have questions about inventory or a special request, please feel free to reach out.

The coffee bar features a Breville Barista Express® Impress — pull café-quality espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos without leaving home.

Located in the quiet and desirable Boulder Bay neighborhood, this home sits on a peaceful cul de sac just a two minute walk to the local park and across from the lake. Guests enjoy access to a private dock with two kayaks available, making it easy to experience Big Bear Lake from the water while staying close to nature and neighborhood charm.

↣ Guest access
The guest has full access to the entire property (including garage) and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.

KAYAK & PADDLE BOARD available for use during the Lake Boating Season April-October.

OCCUPANCY:
Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 10.

NOISE:
Please be mindful of local noise ordinances that require quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Music and noises travel easily.

SMOKING:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the Rental Property grounds.

EV CHARGING:
We have a level 2 EV charger in the 1 car garage for free guests use. If you have a Tesla, you will need to bring your adapter to use this.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garage, private dock, and all amenities. We'll send your door code and check-in details the morning of your arrival. A brief rental agreement and Good Neighbor Policy acknowledgment will be sent prior to your stay.
