Casa Azul offers expansive, thoughtfully designed interiors that blend comfort and style, creating an inviting space for relaxation, connection, and memorable group stays. Ideal for families, wellness retreats, and small offsite gatherings, the home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Gatherings may be accommodated upon prior request and approval.

The property features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful and comfortable stay for families and small groups. For added flexibility, an additional mattress can be made available upon request, allowing for extra sleeping arrangements when needed.

Inside, the home includes two separate living rooms, offering generous space for both socializing and quiet downtime. Whether guests want to gather for conversation, enjoy entertainment, or simply unwind in a peaceful setting, the layout supports a variety of group dynamics and preferences.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience and ease, allowing guests to prepare meals comfortably during their stay. A cozy breakfast table is perfect for casual dining, while a large, modern wooden dining table serves as a central gathering point for shared meals, celebrations, and meaningful moments together.

The home includes a bathroom on the main floor, an ensuite bathroom on the second level, and an additional bathroom located off the lobby, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all guests throughout their stay.

For those who need to stay connected or work remotely, a dedicated workspace with a desk is available, offering a quiet and functional environment.

Guests can also enjoy Smart TVs, perfect for streaming their favorite shows or hosting relaxing movie nights after a day of exploring or unwinding.

The property showcases a scenic backyard with sweeping countryside views. Outdoor amenities include a spacious deck, gazebo, jacuzzi, fire pit, and a welcoming porch furnished for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the outdoor environment for unwinding or small daytime gatherings and wellness activities, subject to prior approval. Optional event add-ons such as seating, tents, and activity setups may be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Some photos may depict styled setups for illustrative purposes.

A large private driveway offers parking space for approximately 8–10 vehicles.

Conveniently located near Forks of the Credit Provincial Park, Belfountain Conservation Area, Cheltenham Badlands, and Island Lake Conservation Area, providing excellent opportunities for hiking and outdoor recreation year-round. The property is also close to TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, Millcroft Inn & Spa, and Alton Mill Arts Centre.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor deck, gazebo, backyard, and parking facilities.

The jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor seating areas are also available for use, as long as guests adhere to the established house rules and safety guidelines.

Other things to note
*The basement level of the home is a separate living space. It has its own private entrance, and the interior connecting door remains locked at all times. There are NO shared interior spaces or outdoor amenities. The main house and all listed amenities are reserved exclusively for your private use during your stay.
