This stylish one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a bunk bed with a twin-over-full setup—ideal for kids or extra guests.
Step outside and enjoy the refreshing Atlantic breeze as you stroll to the beach within minutes, or unwind in the serene courtyard with a sparkling pool. Inside, the space offers a calm, modern design with soft lighting, fresh linens, and a Roku TV for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, four-burner cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher (no oven), along with a dining area for casual meals. Guests are provided with beach chairs and towels, plus access to a shared laundry area with washers and dryers just outside the unit. A designated parking space is included, and family-friendly amenities like a pack-n-play and highchair are available upon request.
Located near Pompano Beach’s boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, you’ll enjoy both relaxation and convenience. One vehicle per unit is allowed; additional street parking is at your own expense, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Bunk bed safety: use is at your own risk; owners are not liable for injuries. Top bunk is for ages 6+, one occupant max (175 lb). No jumping or horseplay, and always use the ladder. Parents are responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe use at all times.

* Please bag and dispose of trash in designated bins. * Use liners for small bins. * Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
**10. Property Condition & Inspections**
* Management reserves the right to enter the property for emergencies, necessary repairs, inspections, or other urgent matters. * We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with guests in advance whenever possible. * Violations of rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
**11. Security Deposit**
* A refundable deposit is required prior to check-in. * It will be returned if:
