The Pelican's Perch, a Beachfront studio condo w/ balcony

"The Pelican's Perch" is a beachfront studio condo sitting on the white sand of Anna Maria Island, just steps from the gulf waters! Our condo building provides a heated pool, private beach access and free on-site parking. The newly renovated condo unit is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable king bed, full-size futon, kitchen and one bathroom, making it an ideal beach getaway for couples or families with younger children.

The Pelican's Perch is similar in size and layout to a large hotel room with a king bed situated in the living area, a double-size futon, a counter height dining table for 4 and a 50" wall mounted television. The entire western facing end of the condo is glass, offering full views of the beach. The sliding glass doors open to the large balcony with a table and chairs, a perfect spot for morning coffee, and afternoon sandwich, your evening beverage or a family card game!

Small compact kitchen features a full-size fridge, two burner cook-top stove, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you'll need to cook small easy meals if desired.

The bathroom has a tub / shower combo - hair dryer and starter set of toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner).

Clean, comfortable and as close to the beach as you can get!
