This modern, jungle-style retreat is tastefully decorated with warm natural touches and playful indoor-outdoor living. Tucked inside a peaceful community, it features a private pool, lush green views, and breezy spaces to unwind. Guests also enjoy the community clubhouse with a pool and jacuzzi. Just 10 minutes from Tamarindo and a short drive to Conchal, Flamingo, Avellanas, and Playa Grande.

This intimate jungle villa is a thoughtfully designed home offering privacy and immersed in nature. The suite features a comfortable queen bed and opens completely onto a covered wooden terrace that extends directly to your private plunge pool, perfect for refreshing morning swims or relaxing at sunset. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and open, with tropical plants surrounding the rain shower to create a calming, jungle-spa atmosphere.

Inside, the living area is bright and modern with a cozy lounge, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals or tropical fruit snacks. Large sliding glass doors open wide, allowing the indoor space to flow naturally onto the terrace so you can dine inside or outside while enjoying the surrounding greenery.

Nature is very much part of the experience here. Don’t be surprised to see howler monkeys passing through the trees, colorful tropical birds nearby, or the occasional iguana basking in the sun. Guests also have access to the community clubhouse, which features a larger pool surrounded by beautiful nature views. It’s a great place to lounge in the sun while spotting monkeys, birds, and other local wildlife. The home offers a quiet and private setting while still being just a short drive from Tamarindo and all nearby beaches. Supermarkets, pharmacies and local eateries are a 5-minute drive away.

Access to the property is on completely paved and illuminated roads. There is a security guard house at the entrance of the community who will give you access to enter the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking in front of the villa.

The property has a security system with cameras that monitor parking areas and entrances. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas such as the pool or decks.

- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
- No pets, no events or parties, no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/drugs allowed
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
