Have a great holiday or business stay at this cozy and stylish villa.
This is a semi-detached, 2 bedroom + mezzanine villa, with:
a full kitchen, open on the living-room, on the main, ground-floor,
one full bathroom with a bathtub, on the first floor,
a WC with a toilet and laundry room in the basement,
2 bedrooms on the first floor,
a mezzanine which is accessed via a spiral staircase from the second bedroom.
The villa is located in a private residence totally dedicated to short-term rentals.

The sleeping configuration for up to 7 people is:
1 double bed in a separate bedroom,
3 single beds in the second bedroom, one of which is on the mezzanine,
1 convertible sofa bed in the living room for 2 people.

Total living space (ground floor, first floor and mezzanine): 100 m2.

The west-facing terrace is accessible from the living room.

The villa is part of a residence that is totally dedicated to short-term rentals.

The residence is equipped with a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool and a playground.

It is very well located, on the edge of a calm village, and is a 2 minute walk from the forest; it is very well linked, by car and public transport (bus stop in front), to Murten, Bern, Fribourg, the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra...

To make your stay pleasant, both for you and for us, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
Treat our home like your own.
No unregistered guests are allowed overnight. The beds and rooms made available will be according to the number of guests mentioned in the reservation.
Do not waste water and electricity, and avoid damages, so we can keep prices attractive.
Parties or events are not allowed, unless agreed to at time of reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
No illegal substances allowed.
Quiet hours are 22h00 - 07h00 during the week, 23h00 - 09h00 on the weekend, including at the swimming pool. Please refrain from any noisy activity during this time.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the villa. Guests may smoke on the terrace, outside.
Plastic utensils, plastic containers, wooden spatulas, cutting boards, non-stick pans, and sharp knives are not suitable for the dishwasher. Please wash them by hand.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms or on the sofa.
Don’t rearrange the furniture.
The keys should never be replicated. Guests will be charged for the replacement of lost keys.
Please take off your shoes before entering the villa, to avoid staining or damaging the wooden floor.
Kindly be careful with the furniture and houseware, and inform us in case of any breakage or damage sufficiently in advance (so that we can take care of them for the next guests).
Cleaning fees cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations, not deep or excessive cleaning. Please keep the villa reasonably clean and tidy during your stay and when leaving. In case it is dirty or messy, we will charge extra cleaning fees at the rate of CHF 40/hour.
Do not stow away dishes in the cupboard unless they are perfectly clean.
Please respect the checkout time (11:00).
