Situated in the quiet and leafy Altenberg area of Bern, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a large terrace and is located down by the beautiful Aare river on the edge of the old town, just 7 minutes walk to city centre. (This walk is uphill, so if you have mobility issues then the location may not be ideal for you).

The apartment is light, uncluttered and south-facing, so it catches the sun almost all day and offers a beautiful view across the river to the Stadttheater in Bern's old town. Or when it comes time to sleep, the shutters can be closed to provide cosy darkness.

Ideal for swimming in the Aare over summer, jogging along the riverside footpaths or just enjoying the view from the terrace, which covers the width of the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished with wi-fi, cable TV, AppleTV, a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a private washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has all the cookware , crockery, cutlery and glassware needed for your stay.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom and two single beds.

A small garden is accessible directly from the apartment. Maintenance of the garden is not required (unless you would like to tend to it, in which case you're most welcome).

Private, secure, on-site parking is included at no extra cost.

The price includes all city and tourist taxes. All guests in your group will also received a complimentary "Bern ticket" which allows free use of the Bern public transport network for the duration of your stay.
