In addition, you will have access to all the amenities of the condominium: gym, steam room, green areas, common pool, elevator, 24 hrs security and reception. It is the ideal refuge for couples, creatives or travelers who want to live Tulum in style and in total privacy.

Other Things to Note:

Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas.



*We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
