**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
* Peak season is June, July, August. Only Saturday to Saturday rentals are allowed during these months. Other times are minimum 3 night stay.
* Minimum renter age is 25. This guest must be residing at property for the duration of the stay.
*Check in is 4pm to give our housekeepers optimal time to prepare the property. We do not offer an early check in option.
* Check out is 10am, no late check outs available.
* 1 set of linens and towels are provided for all stays.
* Arrival information will be sent 3 days prior to check in.
* NON-SMOKING (includes tobacco, cannabis, vapes and e-cigarettes)
* No candles or incense burning
* No golf carts or motorcycles allowed
* No pets allowed
* No luggage carts or buggies allowed in the condo to protect the ceramic floor and front door.
* Quiet hours are 11pm-8am to respect the comfort and privacy of neighbors. *Additional guests will be charged at $100 per person per night.
*Sleeping on the sofa is not allowed.
*Do not take bed linens or bath towels on the beach or to the pool.
*No parties or events allowed. Do not use the condo as a gathering spot for other people that are staying at other resorts.
*Do not remove, block, or tamper with Ring doorbell camera.
