With easy access to nearby trails, skiing, and scenic areas, it’s a simple, quiet place to land between adventures.

- 1.5 bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Comfortable living area
- Clean, modern alpine design
- Located near Hatcher Pass
- Ideal for couples, friends, or small groups
- Easy access to trails, hiking, and scenic drives
Guests have full access to the entire Suite B, including both bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Entry is via a keypad for easy self check-in. This suite is part of a multi-unit property, but your space is fully private. There are two other units on-site. Parking is available in front of your suite in a shared parking area.
You are welcome to reach out for questions or recommendations at any time!
A car is required to get around, and AWD is handy in the winter.
Location:
The suite is located in a rural subdivision at the base of Hatcher Pass. Homes sit on 1–5 acre lots, offering a sense of space and privacy, though you may still see neighbors nearby or children riding bikes or four-wheelers on the road.
A small gas station/ice cream stop, local bar, and pizza spot are within about a mile. For most services, shopping, and dining, Palmer and Wasilla are a short drive away.
Distances:
- Palmer: 8.8 miles (14 minutes)
- Wasilla: 14.2 miles (21 minutes)
- Anchorage: 47.6 miles (57 minutes)
Nearby recreation:
- Little Susitna River: 3.1 miles
- Government Peak Recreation Area: 3.6 miles
- Skeetawk Ski Area: 6.1 miles
- Gold Mint Trailhead: 8.6 miles
- Reed Lakes Trailhead: 11.7 miles
- Independence Mine: 13.3 miles
- April Bowl Trailhead: 13.5 miles
The home is on well water and a septic system, which is common in this area. Please be mindful of water use and only flush toilet paper.
Exterior security cameras may be installed in shared outdoor areas for safety and property monitoring. Cameras, if present, are positioned facing outward and do not monitor any interior spaces.
You may see wildlife in the area, including moose and other animals—please keep a safe distance.
Outdoor areas and the parking lot are shared with two other units.
• Please keep overnight guest numbers the same as your reservation and let us know if plans change.
