Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM in accordance with Fort Lauderdale regulations. Please keep outdoor noise and music at a respectful level during this time.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Parking
There are two designated parking spaces in the driveway at the front of the home. Street parking is not permitted at any time and is actively monitored and enforced by the City of Fort Lauderdale.

Exterior Cameras
For safety and property protection, there are two exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and near the garbage area. Guests may not cover, disconnect, or tamper with these cameras.

Noise Monitoring Device
The home has a noise decibel monitor as required by the City of Fort Lauderdale. It measures noise levels only and does not record conversations. Guests may not unplug, remove, or tamper with this device.

Pool Door Safety Alarm
The back door leading to the pool is equipped with a pool safety alarm required by Florida law. Please do not remove, disable, or tamper with this device.

Thermostat Settings
Please keep the thermostat between 68°F and 72°F to protect the HVAC system and ensure efficient cooling.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.

Respect the Property & Neighborhood
Please treat the home, furnishings, and neighborhood with care.

Reporting Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay. Please report any damage, accidents, or maintenance issues to the host as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.
