Exquisite 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms vacation rental house in Fort Lauderdale, Florida only 13 mins drive from the Beach. Florida only 13 mins drive from the Fort Lauderdale Beach. This is a Tropical Oasis close to everything needed to live the good life with its own private pool and large backyard. Great location in a residential area, with a quick drive to the Ocean, 12 minutes to Downtown Las Olas, and 8 minutes to FLL Airport. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets and more.



The Space:

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, boasting a pool and all of the comforts of home, this spacious house (1,720 sqft - 160 sqm) is the perfect family retreat for quality time together and easy access to the beach. The house can accommodate up to 10 adults + 2 children under 12y/o.

Communication with management was good. Check-in is at 4pm we got there at 4:30pm we found housekeeping still cleaning the house. She seemed annoyed her response was, “they told me you wouldn’t get here until 9 PM, I’m almost done I just need to do the backyard.” I’m sorry just like they expect us to checkout at 11am the house should be clean and ready to go at 4pm regardless of when the tenant will get there. One big problem with me was the smell of smoking (IT WAS NOT CIGARETTES). The smell really irritated our allergies. The house is good, but it has little details they need to work on like broken dressers, broken patio furniture, the pool had leaves and dirt which I didn’t feel comfortable getting in. I liked the 5 rooms, the open floor plan and the big patio.

The property was clean, kitchen, pool and bedrooms were great and comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit small for our group and couch in family room is not comfortable at all. Manager was great and responsive.

Horrible place to stay.

Don’t be fooled by the property description. It took us 4 out of our 8 days just to make the place livable. The microwave was broken, the kitchen sink was clogged, and even the plumber admitted this property always has these issues.

This property definitely had room but unfortunately the pictures are very deceiving. There were many broken or non operational items (refrigerator door did not open correctly, ice maker did not work, I could never figure out how to work the dishwasher and the kitchen sink was very temperamental). You cannot sit on the couch due to wear and the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced due to springs showing. I actually thought the mattress had an egg crate on it until I realized it was the springs. There is no canopy as pictured, umbrellas were broken as well as no net on table tennis. No corn hole or trampoline. The floors were very dirty. Some general maintenance by the owners would be beneficial for future renters.

Dirty property dont use

I'm very disappointed with your B&B. The pictures online are very misleading. Upon entering the property I was greeted by a strange oder like mold or wet mop. The floors were very dirty. We had to mop the entire house. The walls need cleaning or painting.The pool was very dirty. The sheets are dirty with stains on them. The towels are old with spots on them. The washing machines does not work. I left my belongings in the house and when I returned someone was in the house trying to fix the washing machine. I was not made aware of someone coming to fix it. And he was not able to fix it. The living room couch feels like you're sitting directly on springs which you can literally see pushing up through chair. We were only given a 175.00 partial refund for cleaning. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. It was my first time staying in an BB and I would never do it again.

Misleading Advertising

This house was not worth the money I paid. The bedding was not clean and we had to wash it while we were there. There is only one bathroom for four bedrooms which was very inconvenient. The living room couch was extremely uncomfortable so watching movies was a real ordeal because of this small, hard couch. There were gnats/termites flying all over the one bathroom that everyone except the person in the master bedroom had to use. The floors were very dirty so you had to keep socks on while in the house. Overall, this house was not worth the price I paid and I would like a refund of some of my money back.

This property was way to expensive for the level of commodity offered. The laundry didn’t work, there was one small bottle of shampoo (hotel size) for 12 people. The AC units are full of mole, health hazardous. The sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat one. The couch pillows are falling a part. There were 3 glasses and 4 forks only, for 12 people. There was no gas on the grill. I had to go refill the gas tank. It cost me 27. I wish I would get refunded 10% of the 5k I paid for 12 days. Or at least issue me the refund for the gas. 27. There were these huge cockroaches, huge. They would come out at night time. They advertise a tranpolling and corn-hole but they were not there. Not the best place to stay at for the prize. Safe your money, choose somewhere different.
