Relax, unwind and enjoy the best of Florida living in our fully renovated 3-bedroom retreat—perfect for guests seeking a private pool getaway just minutes from the beach. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, our home is just a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Belleair Beach. Step outside to your heated, screened-in pool oasis, complete with lounge chairs, beach gear, pool toys, a firepit, and an outdoor shower for easy post-beach rinses.
The highlight of our home is the private heated pool, maintained between 80°–85° (Nov 1–Mar 31) at no additional cost. The pool is fully screened for comfort and surrounded by a fenced backyard for added privacy, creating a relaxing, resort-like experience.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps your group with plush memory foam mattresses throughout:
• Primary bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, smart TV
• Second bedroom: Two queen beds, walk-in closet, smart TV
• Third bedroom: Two twin beds, walk-in closet

The bright and inviting living room is perfect for relaxing together, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in. Enjoy meals indoors or take them outside to the covered patio and poolside dining area. A propane grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

You’ll love the quiet surroundings, ideal for morning coffee, evening swims, and restful nights—yet you’re still just minutes from some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches.

Despite the peaceful setting, you’re close to everything—local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and family-friendly attractions. The house is 25 minutes from Tampa Airport, 15 minutes from St. Pete airport and 50 minutes away from Sarasota Airport. Local area and towns have plenty to do during your stay such as local eateries, shopping, water sports, miniature golf, Splash Harbor Water park, bowling, laser tag and trampoline park. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums. You can enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training. Disney World and downtown Disney is just 1.5 hours away.

We have safe parking available for up to 4 cars in our driveway. You will have your private access code to allow an easy check-in, as we installed a smart lock for you! For safety reasons, all the cameras are only on the OUTSIDE of the house; one at each outside door and in the pool/yard area. Please note that there are no cameras inside the house.

Other details to note:
Pool heating is included at no additional charge. Pool temperature can vary based on weather conditions, including day and night temperatures, wind, and sunlight, so a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. The pool heater is set to a maximum of 85°F during winter (November 1–March 31). From April 1–October 31, the temperate weather keeps the pool comfortably warm. Please note these are target settings for the heater, not the exact water temperature. Pool Depth is 3-6 ft. We kindly ask that you keep a watchful eye on your children for their safety, and refrain from using glass bottles or kitchenware in the pool area. Additionally, please note that a Swimming Pool Waiver Acknowledgement must be signed before your stay.
Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

Absolutely no smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the home or on the property

No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 24 years old.

To ensure the optimal performance of the air conditioning unit, we request that you keep all doors and windows closed while it is in use. Lastly, we ask that you refrain from setting the AC temperature below 68 degrees.

*The pool guy comes every Friday between 7:00 am- 2:00 pm for 15 minutes.
*The landscaping crew comes every Thursday around 5pm and takes 20-30 minutes.
*Trash green bin is picked up on every Monday and Thursday by 7am. The trash blue bin for Recyclables gets picked up on Mondays. We would appreciate you bringing the trash bins to the curb and return them to the side of the house on pick up days only.
