We’re glad you felt our apartment had everything you needed (including AC in every room, new large flat screen TV with streaming/satellite, WiFi, new washer dryer, parking,...). As our past guest ratings show, we always aim for 10/10. After a busy season or two, the couches may have some cosmetic wear in spots, but their structure and comfort has been still good. Sorry if this was an issue for you. We’re also happy we could find you an alternative parking spot in the building that worked better for your car. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We're sorry to hear you had some issues with daytime work going on during your stay. Despite the issues, we are glad you found that the overall apartment lives up to the 4-to-5 star reviews and that our property hosts Gail and Richard were as helpful as ever. The center of Old Antibes is indeed being revitalized and beautified and, in this case, some of the new work is nearby to us.
