GENERAL AIRBNB HOUSE RULES

It is important that you send us the names of all guests and the vehicle license plate(s) at least 24 hours before your arrival, as we are required to submit this information in advance.

It is mandatory to read these rules before making a reservation.

Keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 p.m.; a fine will be applied from the first warning.
Access will only be granted to guests registered on the platform and notified to the host before check-in. No visitors are allowed. Guest List cannot be modified once the check-in registry form is submitted.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as well as being outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
A fee will be charged for towels and/or sheets if they become stained, whether due to makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Only the designated parking space may be used.
Turn off the air conditioning units when leaving the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. In the case of service animals, documentation must be provided.
Leave the keys and/or access cards in the place indicated by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES GENERAL RULES
Common areas of the building must be respected; the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
Maintain respectful behavior and actions toward neighbors and security staff.
Amenities (pool, gym, BBQ areas, etc.) are subject to availability and/or additional fees; please check with us in advance.
FINES

Failure to comply with any of the rules in both regulations may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.

Damage and/or loss of bed linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.

Additional cleaning due to excessive dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN.

Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + cost of blocked nights required for repairs.

Loss of keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
