Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 p.m. 🕙; a fine will be applied from the first warning.
Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access 📲.
Parties 🎉 and walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages 🍻 are prohibited.
A fee will be charged for towels and/or sheets if they are stained, whether from makeup 💄 or any other substance 🚫.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited 🚭.
Only park in the designated parking spot 🅿️.
Turn off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment ❄️.
Pets are not allowed 🐾. In case of service animals, documentation must be provided.
Leave the keys and/or access cards in the location specified by the host 🔑.

📋 GENERAL RULES OF THE BUILDING AND AMENITIES
Respect the common areas of the building 🏢; the guest will be financially responsible for any damages 💸.

💰 FINES
Failure to comply with any of the rules in both regulations may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN 💵:

Damage and/or loss of bed linen, furniture, or inventory: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees 💸.
Additional cleaning for excessive dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN 🧹.
Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + cost of blocked nights for repairs 🛠️.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees 🔑.
