- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay

* This property may be equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
* This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio.
* No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
* No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges.
* Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws, HOA rules, and community guidelines.
* Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise approved.
* Any violations of these policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.
